The "Digital Workforce Management System" (DWMS) is a digital platform established by the Kerala Knowledge Economy Mission (KKEM), Government of Kerala. DWMS serves as a virtual hub connecting job seekers from Kerala with global job providers. Registered users can tailor their career preferences and enhance their profiles to improve their prospects for ideal job opportunities.

DWMS has introduced a mobile application (DWMS Connect) to streamline the job seeker registration process. Complementing the web platform, DWMS Connect simplifies the registration process, allowing users to sign up conveniently.

Upon completing registration on DWMS, job seekers can access matching job listings on their dashboard based on their profiles. The system offers self-assessment tools to help users identify their core skills, evaluate career paths, and better prepare for interviews. Users can create professional resumes showcasing their strengths and accomplishments. Additionally, job seekers can utilize video profiling with automated interviews to make a memorable impression on potential employers.

Furthermore, as part of the KKEM skilling initiative, job seekers can explore recommended courses, enroll in various training programs, and enhance their skills to bridge any competency gaps.
